问个孩子车保险的问题

老大最近刚拿到驾照，给她加了保险，已经是非常贵了，家里两辆车加上她一个新司机保费double。明年她senior前暑假打算把现在她经常开的这辆旧车pass down给她，然后再买一辆，查了一下保费就是现在的三倍。太可怕了。过来人都是怎么买的保险。现在两辆车都是全保。
