诸位要明白，左左们的目的，不是仅仅让URM上学

而是在大学各个学术部门一律按种族比例安排位置。

为了这个，首先是大学本科生按人口比例；这个已经作到了。下面是按种族比例招研究生。本人的娶了黑人老婆的同事正在热中这件事。再下一步，是落实到各个学科的教授也按种族比例。这第三步，本校上层已经责成各系去做了。

大概后面还有一步，是大学校长院长们，还有科学院的院士等等。
