S，M, 各种藤都有难度不同的track?

In general, all colleges have minimum requirements to graduate.

Many students take courses at advanced level to satisfy the graudation requirements (such as # of classes to declare a major) instead of low level courses.   

So not all students graduate with same qualification even though they are from the same college.
