Columbia and Penn are often called mid-ivy, but sometimes, people also call them lower ivies. (With top ivy list including HYP only).
In general, there are ~10 schools at lower ivy level, including Northwestern, JHU, among others.
Some state school programs such as the ones from Berkeley Hass, Michigan Ross, UCLA, Virginia, UT Austin, resemble similar quality but don't have the same level of "clout", with Berkeley Hass probably an exception because Hass is a solid top 10 business school.
