替国内朋友问一下，普度工程学院，和俄亥俄州大CS系，选哪个？

朋友女儿拿到普度和OSU录取通知。普度是工程学院，第二年定专业，她想学计算机工程或EE；OSU是定好了文理学院的CS专业。哪个学校对以后的发展好呢？
