推荐一个20分就能做好孩子们又爱吃的Italian 餐

我一般会买意大利肠带辣的，用平锅整条煎熟然后切小块(这样吃时不会太油)，再用一个打一点的锅倒入买好的番茄酱(最好是我买的这个牌子的里面什么都加了非常好吃)小火放入已切好的畅。用另一个锅煮意大利面，面煮好，肠酱也好了。酱出锅前加一点意大利香菜parsley.
