看看这个今年被M录取的孩子stats和对自己的看法

I can't believe it...I was accepted!
MIT was definitely a reach for me. My stats if anyone cares:
GPA: 3.9 (hs has a weird weighting system)
SAT: 1370
SAT II: 750 math, 760 history, 780 physics
Strong EC's, essays, and letters of rec
All IB classes

I'm so excited!!

@victorbernstein Congrats on your acceptance! Am I looking at your history right? For your other colleges you have only been accepted to James Madison and waitlisted for Virginia Tech? Getting into MIT is amazing.

@racereer Yeah, I honestly don’t understand how I got in. I feel like they accidentally accepted me. My SAT is well below their 25th percentile, so maybe the SAT IIs helped? I know numbers aren’t everything, but I’m still shocked that I got in. I’m probably not gonna attend though because I feel like I would struggle academically.
