请教各位human resource这个专业怎样？

请问这里有孩子学HR这个专业的吗？毕业后一般从事什么工作呢？就业前景怎样？我孩子本科是文科，对数学不怎么感冒，她想研究生学这个专业，不知道是否合适？多谢大家提出建议。
