is that it is not ESAY to secure a formal teacher job in (good) schools without the strong network.  There are a lots of applicants (no numbers controlled) with MS in Education and Teacher Lisences on the markets.  Teacher (goverment) job is usually a local job.  there is no an advantage for 1-2 immigrants.
