7th grade girl, got 4 B for first semester, only 1 A

7th grade girl, got 4 B for first semester, only 1 A.

She miss a quite few homeworks, every subject to turn in late or miss assignment for 4 or 6 times.

When we talked to her, she feel it is not normal, turning in late is ok and teacher will grade it.

Seems it is not easy to change her habit at all, we know she had bad habit for missing homework or be late for school a lot.  She aruged so much for not a big deal.

Any suggestions?
