kids can make high school team. But as a recreation activite it is also great.I remember during the summer, over 100 degree or when it rain very hard, form 6 year old to 17 year old kids all doing practice in the park. if coach don't say they can leave every one just do those conditionning as hard as they could. I stayed in the car with air condition running and felt sad for kids and also admire theeir spirit.
