matters. One can read a lots from one's GPA. GPA from elite schools matters more in the race of competitions. Due to the gpa, your D will be gotten into the MS especially in the '''biggest' TEXAS if she is going to apply for... being an A student in the weeding out OC at UT-A is impressive.
