工作 or 博士?

我将在2019年从EECS得到我的Master Degree。
申请工作或继续PHD？
如果开始工作，我可能会得到每年150000美元的薪水。
但我也想获得博士学位。

是否值得获得CS博士学位?

想听听你们的意见？
