国内朋友的女儿申请美国大学请教

国内朋友的女儿想申请美国的大学，托福分数不高，71分 （又考了一次，分数还没出来），没有考SAT 和ACT, 中学GPA3.5以上，孩子想学偏文科的专业。恳请大家给些建议，孩子适合申请什么大学成功率高些？多谢了。
