When wake up; every meal, when, what, and how much; we weighted her every dipper, recorded when and the weight, poop or only pee. And of course her weight every day. Every day for more than one year. Those sheets are there, more than 2 inches thick.

When we have the second daughter, we even didn't weight herself much, "She looks fine." That's it. Even the few times we weighted her, we have no record.
