Be it glorious, be it painful, this year is over.

Let us parents look beyond the glorious grades or not so glorious grades. Pay attention to what our kids are talking about and what our kids are trying hard not to talk about. 

Let us not poke them where it hurts.

Let us give them a little more freedom to explore and to doubt, more chance to explore and fail.

Let us talk to with, talk with them, but not at them.
