请教MD&PhD program

请问各位资深家长，邻居孩子在UP和Cornell的md&Phd的Program 之间不知选哪一个，周一deadline.他问过所有的人，给的答案一样，即看他自已或扔硬币。请大家多多指教，非常感谢
