Outside Scholarship

孩子拿了很多Outside Scholarship， 但不给本人，要寄到大学。

结果被告知Outside Scholarship 只能抵扣学生Contribution 和

Work Study 部分，不能抵扣家长Contribution 部分。本来想申请

一些Outside Scholarship 帮助付相当一部分学费， 结果花了那么

多力气，我们自己还要负担大概$72000一年。
