tell u my gut feeling: 学文科

is left for boys of other races/nationa origins. The sterotype regarding ABC boys as nerd on Maths is at least partially set up by the mainstream and so they can have a good excuse not take  ABC boys to 学文科. So only few ABC boys have chance to 学文科, then they can use this as an evidence to support the sterotype they set up at the begining.
