How much knowledge used at your work come from your college education. For many of us, not much. The main value, I believe, a university give to our children is the confidence. I mean, you children need to believe nothing is impossible for them when they walk out of a university.
Working together with the newly graduates from IVY schools for business analysis is my daily work. These kids are majored in biology, chemistry, art and science, etc, that has nothing to do with business. They get the jobs done with their main asset - confidence - nothing is impossible for them.
Hope this is not nonsense.
