i have some kind of similar feeling, like

leadership is another backdoor for non-asian kids. Of course an ABC can do extremely well in sports, leadership, politics, he/she will can also be selected. But the bar will be higher. If many ABC kids can much better in those areas than other kids, the rules will be changed again.
