It's an issue for all parents--you have to compare the cost

between private and public. A public college cost 25000. A private cost 45000. For parents with income under 100K, the costs are the same after the need-based financial aid. That does not mean the parents under 100K don't pay tutition, it just means the cost is the same. For higher income family, they have more income, they can pay more.
