have such vision. Thank you for your efforts, which improve the overall enviornment for us to work/study here. I am not kidding; I really hope more and more Chinese students/employers/employees can adapt this attitude and have this vision. Regarding the special case of the student, I am not sure if he stands at the same level as you and I am not sure if he knows all the necessary tricks to get the "win-win" results. Honestly, I do not think I know how to get this kind of good result either. So it is the student's decision regarding what to do.
