You play soccer, music for you enjoy soccer and music not because you want to change the world.
You paint because you feel good when doing so. Not for changing the world.
Leadership and passion have some overlaps. But leadership has to answer this first, what do you want to change and why?
Change for the sake of change, lead for the sake of lead, is often a mess, or leads to a mess.
