lower. Like some friends here mentioned b4, actually the ones really taking advantage of these policies are mostly the mid-class African American families. I do not this is correct. I have no problem to lower the bar for the kids in a poor family. For the mid-class AA families, their kids have the same resources as any other asian kids.
