1. No for IB, HF, and small PE. Yes for Mutual Fund and large PE. 2. Hedge funds come in all shapes and sizes. There is no set rule. 3. Job hoping is often, but try to stay on the same job for at least two years. 4. It depends. Different people have different goals in life.
