distinguish gpa from different schools; it simply has no base to make those kind of adjustment. I know many examples that high school students chose a more elite school for under, like Stanford, but only got B on GPA, and were rejected by medical school. Some other ones chose a much less competetive school for under, got perfect GPA, and got admitted to really good medical schools.
It does not sound fair, but it is the truth. That is y many parents here say if you already decided to go to medical school, no need to go those top universities, unless you can be sure ur kids can remain top in the top schools.
