UCs (including UCB) are never hard to get in

 Many local high school in the bay area have 80~100 students get the admission offer each year, and the yield is about 30%.  USC are the same level as UCSD.  Don't know why the parents in this forum think these schools are hard to get in.  But Caltech is hard.
