这就是我们华人应该培养的孩子

这两天，无忧非常的繁忙，连小女儿，十六岁的生日都没有来得及好好的庆祝，感触也非常的深。
刚刚到新的机关，需要招兵买马，二十几个应聘候选人，无忧决定一个也不落下，全部面试，要对得起那些找工人的苦心和努力。
因为无忧有一年曾经被解雇十三次的经历，那找工的痛苦，没有无忧经历的人，是万万不能知道的。
第一位面试的竟然是年仅二十几岁的女士，历史系毕业的韩裔美国人，连实习在工作，在交通部以经六七年的经历，工作出色，这么小的年龄，竟然面试如此高的职位，不禁让无忧另眼想看，看她趁着冷静，有条不紊，条条是道的分享着她的工作经历和看法，无忧顿然觉得，这就是我们华人应该培养的孩子。
敢闯，敢干，敢说，敢做，认真做，努力做，要雄心壮志。
书不在读多少，学不在几年，野鸡大学也好，名牌大学也好，年轻人，尤其是大学毕业的孩子们，必须敢闯，敢干，敢说，敢做，认真做，努力做，要雄心壮志。
其实无忧不仅感触与此，无忧最近两年，遇见两位年仅三十几岁，政府机关高级领导人员，一韩裔美国人，一犹太人美国人，两位年青的人，同样也是敢闯，敢干，敢说，敢做，认真做，努力做，要雄心壮志。
让无忧不胜感叹，我们华裔的孩子哪里去了？为什么无忧要面试的里面没有一个？
