儿子刚刚text我，学校xc的try out没进去。很遗憾。

初中两个年纪，每年级男女个二十名额。

儿子1.5迈跑了11分钟，无缘进校队。

我知道我们从没练过，对这次try out完全没有心理准备。认为他每周的冰球训练应该体力上不成问题。太轻敌了。另一方面一直以为没有cutoff，结果竞争还很激烈。

查了一下，据说fitness coach的一迈达标是9分钟。这个学校的孩子也太厉害了。听说一大半在Club里练的。

领导坐不住了，打算陪儿子一起跑步了。这大概会是他第三次为孩子推自己运动。第一次是8年前为儿子打冰球，学会了滑冰。第二次是四年前，为儿子闺女滑雪，学会了downhill ski。做父母的，真不容易!
