硕士还上不上啊？

一同事女儿，上大学的时候就跑Google实习，学士读完了，就拿到Google的offer 跑去工作了，据同事说工资不错，10几万。

另一个学经济的熟人的女儿，也是大学毕业就去四大去了。

这个硕士，博士是不是还要读，有没必要啊？
