Please help me!

我女儿快到12岁。最近她掉头发掉得很厉害。看得吓人。约了医生。她头发也开始变油，以前一个星期不用洗发水也不冒油。她一周游三次泳（室内）。 不知何原因造成她掉头发。她没压力。快要发育了。Anyone has any suggestion or similar experience?
