Ms. Yiting Liu has been the Co-Chairperson of China VantagePoint Acquisition Company., since September 3, 2010. Ms. Liu has been a Managing Director at Ray Shi Capital Group, LLC since July 2010. Prior to this, she was a registered Investment Advisor at Vision Capital Advisors, LLC from August 2006 through January 2010. From May 2005 through July 2006, Ms. Liu worked for the Corporate Strategy and Development Group at PepsiCo, Inc. From October 2003 through April 2005, she worked for The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant. Ms. Liu received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
