请教：小孩子学骑马课程好吗？

初中女生，她的几个朋友都是家里有马，暑假都去参加private的骑马课程。

最近跟我提她也想去学骑马。

我一点也不了解。想请教一下这学骑马有什么好处和坏处。

目前体育孩子就是游泳。游得还很好，也很开心的样子。
