IT的现状和未来 (6)-----IT女工

昨日已经有网友指出，女士不要碰IT这碗饭。

据我的观察，这说法确实说得很对。

女士虽然有可能，被IT公司降低要求而录用，但一旦成为公司的员工，公司对女员工的技术要求和表现是一视同仁的，并不会因为是女马工，就降低日常的工作量和性能要求，对那些降低要求录用的女员工，入公司前是鲜花欢迎，成为员工后就大棒子伺候了。还没等到公司裁员就可能因为性能不佳被赶走了，裁员的时候不会因为是女士就网开一面，公司部门管理者也是依靠手下完成任务的， 手下不行，倒霉的是直接管理人员，所以一旦开始工作，就没有什么面子好说了，不行就给开了，女士在这男人的行业了求生，不容易。

ZT最近看到的案例，看看公司是怎么严正对待IT女工的。

Amazon入职两个月就被pip 求

我以前是在湾区，但因为男朋友在微软工作，所以我是今年六月下旬入职AWS组的，刚
来到Amazon没多久，做了一些code review，但是新人对环境不熟悉，提交的code有
一些问题，又因为种种原因，没有及时回应别人提出的意见，比如别人提出的修改没有
完成，老板提过一些意见，但是最近又做了一个其他的code review， 结果问题还是没
有完全改正，老板一怒把我放在了pip上了，要求三十天改正，否则就走人。而我才来了
两个月零一天。我的确code review有些问题，但是也不过才来了两个月，还在熟悉中。

在pip的说明里面，老板给我布置了两个编程任务，一个是9月初完成，一个是25日完成
，并明确了完成的具体事项，和注意的问题。并且还要求我跟sde ii明天去讨论。

现在问题 来了：这个pip是真让我改正，还是假的只是赶我走？

1，如果pip是真，老板的确是对我失望，希望我改正，我当然愿意努力改正，因为老板
在pip布置的两个任务，我是能够保质保量完成的，届时他也没话说了。

2，如果pip为假，那就是赶我走的前奏。那我就应该申请fmla伤残或者其他方式短假，
这样可以延长三个月的机会找工作。

我也搞不清这个问题是真是假。但是无论如何我已经开始找工作了，只是如果pip为假
的话，我就不需要再努力了，不必等一个月，而是争取三个月。

有什么办法能搞清老板的动机？我希望下次见他面搞清他的动机，这样好立即行动起来
。不能拖延了。
