can reach much higher level than the media level of other groups. Not necessarily that group is stronger. In many cases, if one belongs one group he/she already has the advantage; he/she does not need to get to the top of their own group but can achieve much more than people of some other groups with the same talents/capbility. It happens we are belong one group, at least for me, I will try my best to get the most I can get to help this group. I am helping my own son.
