在条件足够強以后，essay变得最重要。女儿去年申请大学时没有认真准备写essay.  EA 被defer后只有2个星期想和写。
写的完全不感人，对学校也没有passion。最后只有JHU 和卅大全奖。后选择去卅大读。今年认真地写了essays给哥大文理学院。 刚被Columbia Univ College 转学收了。 大家要提醒小孩在summer后期就要开始构思essays
另外就是转学也是有可能的。
