That helps make my decision

Son is going to NYU Stern then. Stats: SAT 2310, SAT II math 800, biology 750, US history 750, PSAT 233, GPA UW 3.75/W 4.75, top 4% in class (highly competitive NE public high school), NMF and national AP scholars, 13 APs (mostly 5's and a few 4's), captain of debate club, treasurer of science team, won top 10 national awards in debate the STEM contests, numerous state level STEM competition winner, eagle scout and trooper leader.

Applied to all ivies and rejected by almost everyone (waitlisted at Cornell and not going there even if accepted).

bye bye ivies....and see who will be doing better in 4 years!
