儿子和他的TEAM 最后赢得国际 IPPF 辨论赛冠军

International Public Policy Forum (IPPF) is the first and only competition 

that gives high school students around the world the opportunity to engage 

in written and oral debates on issues of public policy.

 

2014-2015 年有243个队参加， 他们来自22个国家。 

 

2014-2015年的题目是：  “Resolved: Mass surveillance is not a justified method of 

governmental intelligence gathering.” 

 

最后有8个队在NYC决赛。
