请问一下，国内985大学教学质量比这边USNEWS排名20到50的学校是好还是差？我指本科

例如清华北大与UCB,UCLA比，浙大/交大 与UIUC,乔治亚理工这类比较。

有几个朋友孩子学习很好，大概能进国内上面的学校，但是孩子倾向来美国。大家认为有必要吗？有没有对两边本科教育都很了解到朋友，希望知道第一手信息。

孩子都是中产家庭，不是大富大贵有权有势的，但是付美国学费应该也勉强能行。孩子很努力，知道未来在中国找工作没法靠父母，但是来美国也不知道能否留下来。比较为难！
