几年前Ohio有个妈妈跨区上学被判刑

好几年前的事，很轰动了一下，黑妈妈娘家在好区，于是她用她父母的地址去好区注册上学，每天她开车在schoolbus stop那里放下两个孩子，一年多后学区派了侦探去偷拍她们行踪，于是被判了，后来减刑没有就不知道了。
学区还有个起诉，要求返还学区给她孩子的教育经费，一个孩子三万多一年。

大家看看你们城市的税收预算，教育肯定是大头。俺们村里，一半多的税是给了学区。去年州里给了额外教育经费，于是地税就平均每家减了小几十块
