关于入读医学院和藤校的关系， 瞎说两句

我去了不少CAMPUS TOUR， 发现一个共同点， 就是藤校不是医学院的好开端。

竞争太残酷。  在大毛， TOUR GUIDE就说新生中非常高比列的要搞PRE-MED。

但是两年下来， 绝大多数都退却了。

主要是学数理化生有机化学生物化学都有不少人得B， GPA拉下来了， 只好撤退。

在STANFORD也是， TOUR GUIDE说了同样的话， 他自己本来就是PRE MED， 竞争中败下来了。

在网上， 我还看见了关于哥伦比亚， 普林斯顿， 哈佛， MIT等校的同样说法。

这些学校的学生都很强， 和他们竞争可能GPA不够高， 最后去不了医学院。

哈佛的科学， 工学淘汰率极高， 工学只有不到百分之三十的毕业率， 其他人都换到人文专业去了。

这是个田忌赛马的问题， 如果你小孩要读医学院， 要对自己小孩的长处短处有个清醒的认识。

实际上这不光是私立学校的问题， BERKELEY， 甚至TEXAS A&M的工学院也有同样的问题。

不算DROP OUT的高比例同学， TEXAS A&M的工学最后参加期末考试的有10%能得A。

竞争同样激烈。

所以相当一部分医学院学生大学学的是人文专业， 好混一点， GPA可以达到3.5以上。
