象我孩子这种情况怎么办？

我女儿刚开始打冰球，之前学过一年figure skating.队伍里有一位教练的孩子，非常差，刚刚才开始学滑冰，可是教练每次排他的女儿打forward，我女儿打defence的位置。我女儿根本不愿意，她一直想打forward。现在她开始有抵触情绪。我怎么帮她呢？我觉得如果去找教练，不会有什么结果，教练会说东说西说一大堆。唉，我自从孩子们开始打team sports，发现里面有很多politics.真的很头疼。大家有什么好主意吗？
