Child Molest -- Impossible in BSA

A. Adult leader is not permitted to stay with a scout alone. Under any situation, two adult leaders must exist. If it is an one on one conversation, such as scout master conference, the conference must be held in an open space that others can see.

B. All adult leaders must undergo the following:

--> Youth protection training
--> Criminal background check and clearance
--> Child abuse history check all the way back to 1975
--> Training on mandatory reporting of suspect child abuse
--> Training for protecting God's children

C. Anyone without all the above trainings/clearance are not permitted to a camping trip with the boys, unless it is a family camping out event annually. In that situation (family event), adult is not permitted to approach the children, except your own boy.
