Have you read that merely 'getting in' doesn't guarantee success? And there's a relatively high unsuccessful rate? Fix the problem where it didn't work, not for the sake of political polarized rhetoric.

The problem is again, shifting from the original goal of AA. Everyone else should have started on a level ground from the beginning. That is the key to the overall advancement of society - not I get a special treatment all along. Otherwise, as Jesse Jackson already complains about the hiring of high paying high tech jobs, shall we proceed allocate all resources based on a quota? That is why the supreme court indicated AA is temporal, in the end, it's not constitutional.
