问个关于牙齿矫正的问题

咨询了几个牙医 都说拔牙是好的选择 还要拔四棵 上面两颗 下面两颗
我感觉很不好 孩子才12岁 万一以后牙齿出现什么问题 哭都来不及

有经验的姐妹 怎么办
