小孩在夏令营里出事儿，夏令营一点责任都没有吗？

下面是夏令营免责声明里的一段，意思是即使是他们疏忽造成的事故也不付责任。大家的免责声明都是这样的吗？难道孩子出事儿，就一点办法也没有吗？
 

I hereby release, discharge Camp XYZ, its affiliated organizations, employees and associated personnel including the owners of the camp facility against any and all claims, liabilities and/or damages as a result of my Child's participation in the program, including but not limited to, any claim that Camp XYZ was negligent.
