10月6日，北加州，为孩子奔跑~~~

10月6日，来自北加州的30多名跑步者将参加San Jose Rock & Roll Half Marathon为海外中国教育基金会（OCEF）的特殊项目募集善款。我们不是专业选手，但是我们热爱跑步，热爱为慈善跑步。我们相信跑步和慈善能够完美地结合在一起：跑步有利于自己的健康，而为慈善跑步有利于他人。

我们希望能够通过自己的奔跑募集大约$5,000，支持如下5个特殊项目（每项目各$1,000）帮助农村教育：

1. 云南省文山广南县曙光乡波么小学图书项目 http://ocefnca.org/library
2. 山西省大同市广灵县南村镇香炉台小学体育设施 http://ocefnca.org/sports
3. 山西省大同市广灵县南村镇莎泉小学体育设施 http://ocefnca.org/sports
4. 甘肃省白银市会宁县韩家集乡中心小学食堂设备 http://ocefnca.org/dining-room
5. 贵州省遵义市务川县东风小学刘毅老师岗位补助 http://ocefnca.org/teacher

如果我们能够募集足够的善款，我们会建一间漂亮的图书室，引导孩子们从小热爱读书，并了解外面的世界。我们会购置许多的乒 乓球桌、羽毛球拍，还有篮球架和足够的篮球、足球，让孩子们快乐地玩耍、锻炼。我们会在已建成的空荡荡的食堂里添置桌椅、设备，让孩子们能够坐着吃饭。我 们会让更多的乡村教师看到，如果你热爱本职工作，热爱所教的孩子，你就会得到来自社会的肯定，得到生活上的补助让你更加专注于清贫的农村教育工作。

On October 6th, more than 30 runners from Northern California will run at San Jose Rock and Roll Half Marathon, to raise fund for special projects of Overseas China Education Foundation (OCEF). We are not professional players, but we love running, and love running for charity. We believe that running and charity can be combined perfectly: Running is good to ourselves; furthermore, running for charity is good for all others.

We hope that we could raise about $5,000 through our running, and support the following 5 special projects ($1,000 for each) to help the rural kids:

1. Library program in Bomo Elementory School in Guangnan, Yunnan Province http://ocefnca.org/library
2. Sports equipment in Xianglutai Elementory School in Guangling, Yunnan Province http://ocefnca.org/sports
3. Sports equipment in Shaquan Elementory School in Guangling, Yunnan Province http://ocefnca.org/sports
4. Dining room furniture in Hanjiaji Elementory School in Huining, Gansu Provincehttp://ocefnca.org/dining-room
5. Teacher aid to Yi Liu in in Dongfeng Elementory School in Wuchuan, Guizhou Province http://ocefnca.org/teacher
