一道Mathcount题，没想通，请求帮助

每节铁轨30 feet长。火车轮子在和铁轨的交界处相遇时会发出声音。问：火车速度（MPH)和声音间隔（秒）之间的关系。

 

我的疑问是：站路边的和作火车上的，听到的节奏是一样的吗？
