国人在公共场所聚众喧哗的习惯也遗传么？ 昨天在图书馆里几个小中高中生大声谈笑一个多小时

I told the librarian that Walmart is quieter than this library.  She kept shaking her head.  This group of Chinese and Indian kids must be academic stars in school.  But they are noisier than any other kids.
